  • Real-time Data: Administrators can make informed decisions with company-wide rollups using real-time data pulled from multiple sources. Provide managers with up-to-the-minute statistics regarding available reward totals and ensure approvals and recommendations stay within budget. Identify and address inequities as they occur. 
  • Configurable Layouts: Increase efficiency and decrease time spent searching for the correct documentation or data points by customizing visual layouts to only display vital information. 
  • Security: Ensure sensitive information is secure by transmitting data with SHA 256-bit encryption. Networks are built with multiple redundancies, and data is kept on centralized servers backed by a 24/7/365 cyber security operations center. 
  • Third-party Integration: Integrate with legacy or preferred third-party HRIS, ERP and performance management systems. 

Limitations

At the time of this review, these are the limitations according to user feedback:

  •  Without the SSO feature invoked, it can be difficult for users to log in. 
  •  No ability to limit an HR team in one region from seeing another team's data. 
  •  Can’t grant final approvals inside the system. Administrators need to create external load files. 
  •  Few custom fields and user roles are available. 
  •  Some administrators found much of the backend complicated to set up.
