The system is well-liked, user-friendly and well-supported with a friendly customer support team. Many reviewers commented on the cost of the system too — users can leverage the system to manage their recruiting efforts at a price they can afford. However, integrations resulted in roadblocks during implementation for some users. On the flip side, users are ultimately happy with the integrations provided by Trakstar Hire, as they allow them to synchronize their company site with the system.

- Applicant Tracking System: Streamline all of the information received from candidates into one profile. The ATS has tools that can handle candidate profile management, applicant search and applicant status tracking. It also has a centralized hub for all hiring-related communication, recruitment workflows and a job opening archive.
- Candidate Sourcing Software: Post job openings to social accounts from directly within the software. Job postings are automatically shared on five top job search engines. Grant referrers or external recruiters access to the ATS system by providing them a unique link and email address. When users forward candidate information using the link or email address, a candidate profile is created automatically.
- Interview Scheduling: Access a centralized location for interview scheduling and interviewer feedback. Arrange appointments with both candidates and team members using the calendar integration. Team members can leave comments, ratings and feedback.
- Offer Management Software: Send offer letters directly through the platform.
