Synopsis of User Ratings and Reviews
Oracle Cloud gets the entire talent management processes up and running within the organization within a few days and allows for customization as organizational needs evolve over time. It is an all-in-one solution that provides comprehensive talent management modules. However, few users complain about the lack of robust customer support and advanced reporting features to create detailed reports.
Zoho Recruit is well liked by its customers with predominantly glowing reviews. Users applauded the system’s ability to save them time as well as its affordability. They also were happy with the training materials provided, as helpful videos provided by Zoho made it easy to learn the system quickly. However, some reviewers complained of bad system performance and generally poor quality control. Oftentimes, system updates cause issues and stalls functionality.
