Synopsis of User Ratings and Reviews
Though Jobvite has some mixed opinions in their reviews, users predominantly explained that the system is user friendly and equipped with robust functionality. It’s able to manage integrations to other platforms, though some users mentioned that this process was complicated. Reporting, customization and system performance are generally unreliable according to reviewers.
ICIMS is a top-rated recruitment system - with satisfied customers, only two ‘cons’ were identified versus five ‘pros’ throughout the review synopsis process. While reporting was reviewed as highly robust, some users complained that custom reports were difficult to create.
